There are two bolts/brackets retaining the brake line to the side frame rail that I cannot figure out anyway to get a wrench on. 1969 car. If you have done the work then you know which two I am referring to. There is maybe a half inch clearance from the bolt to the main cabin underbody. I can get open end of wrench on one of them but no room to turn it. Any suggestions? I did find some shorty wrenches at Lowes. Did not previously know these existed. That might do it? Don't think I can get box ends on there due to lack of clearance between bolt head and bracket/line.

In that case, I would cut the clamps to make it easier to remove the bolts.
When you replace the line, reposition the clamp so the clamp bolt is below the line. Using new bolts, cut them shorter so they'll be easier to install.
A thin wrench would also help to get into the tight space.
I did this on a '67 once and worked well.

Keith looks like the same problem with properly replacing a mid year fuel line. You have to lift the body. How are the existing clamps? Do they have any metal left ? If so I would cut a slot in each with a dremel and peal the lip open. Instal the new line and tap the clamp back into shape. Put a little epoxy on the seam and clean it up- Top
