Email warning

I just received an email purported to be from a former Team Leader inviting me to read an important Dropbox message. Other people have reported receiving a like message from another person on the NCRS email list that is published in our magazine. I strongly suspect an NCRS email list has been hacked. Since our emails are available in all sorts of places I am not pointing to anyplace they were obtained. My purpose is to warn us all to be careful of out of the ordinary messages that do not originate from this site.

Us too - at a glance, you could tell XX ZZZ didn't send a "do you shop on Amazon?" message.

Yes, I got one of those from Linda.

I had the one from Linda 73 earlier in the week. I figured Linda got hacked. I have seen that Amazon question before from someone else in NCRS. I guess all this is like COVID. It just goes round and round.

I posted this Dropbox one because it is coming from NCRS "officials" and I thought this one might catch more people unaware even though there were reports of it coming from other NCRS folks. I have heard through the grapevine that the Dropbox message did catch at least one NCRS Team Leader.
