64 Left Vertical Ignition Shield
There is a hole at the bottom rear of the shield (pic attached). Does this attach to the wire loop in the same location with a wing stud? Parts supplier has been no help on this question - working on a car which has had lots of modifications, and my wire loop may be from another SBC applications.

Ron yes the left wire loom bracket has a threaded boss for the wing nut.

Thank you so much - that is what I thought. On another issue - do you know of a video or written explanation on the installation of the headlight assemblies for the 64 - I suppose any C2 might be the same.Comment

In the Sticky Threads at the top of the TDB is a list of Restoration Documents HERE.
On the Main Page there is a pdf in the "Headlight" category. This one gives a good outline of disassembly and installation.
