I have a 1961 corvette and am looking for a group 24 agm battery that fits correctly - i'm having trouble finding a replacement for my now-dead bosch platinum agm. many of the available ones have the terminals in the wrong position or are really 24F. Any suggestions/brands/ dealers would be apreciated. Thanks. Dion Ehrlich 12073

Re: C1 AGM battery
Dion,
Group 24 AGM auto batteries are nigh on impossible to find...I believe there are some marine applications. However, being as you're not looking for a "restoration" type battery may I suggest a Group 34 battery. Same width & length as a Group 34 (so it fits nicely in the battery tray) but it's 1" shorter in height. The one listed below is the one that has come out on the top of the list from the information I've gathered and the one I will buy when my current battery dies.

Re: C1 AGM battery
I used a Delco group 34 AGM in my 67 it fit very well in the tray and it is 1" shorter in height, works great.
