C1 C2 Oil Canister Repair Kit

LIC and ZIP are no longer producing their oil canister repair kits. Their kits were 38-11C and OP-173.

If anyone has used their kits and kept the installation tube, can you measure the length of the tube for me? This is the tube that sets the retainer clip onto the long canister bolt.

I'm building a kit for myself for next spring.

Hi Harry, The dimensions I get are: 7.5" long, OD .708, ID .593 (for some reason the picture seems to distort the length). I have a spare I can send you if you would like. Merry Christmas, Don H.
