1969 Label - Vehicle Certification, "the blue label"

Over the years, I've bought the Vehicle Certification label ("that blue label") from various vendors. When I look at them now, they are all poor reproductions because of their printing, and color. Fortunately, each one was cheap. In one case recently the vendor's picture on line looked perfect, but when it came, it was totally different.

I'm looking for a vendor that sells the "NCRS" correct label as described in the AIM in UPC 0, Sheet B1, and in the TIM&JG on page 42.

ECS Automotive has what appears to be exactly correct, but they want $80 dollars to type the VIN and production month & date on it. They don't sell just the label. Does any other vendor offer the NCRS correct label?

FWIW I had ECS Automotive reproduce some door labels for me. Sent them a photo of my old on-the-door label and their reproduction was exact to my eye.

Why do you want the label without the VIN and date?

At one time ECS Automotive sold the label without the VIN & date. It was affordable at $25 vs. the $80 typed one. I have an old typewriter with the correct font and style, and I was going to do the typing myself. I guess they got "smart" when they noticed that most people were doing that, and they could make more sales $'s if they only offered typed ones.

So, I'm looking for a vendor who has the NCRS correct label, untyped.
