78 Pace Car Cracked T-Top

ALL - posting for a fellow chapter member who just noticed a crack in one of his t-tops. Anyone know of anyone who can repair something like this? If not, who would youse recommend he talk to about a replacement? Thanks in advance.

Is this just fiberglass damage? Grind out, new patch, and paint?

I believe all of the pace cars got glass tops.
A fiberglass top probably is much easier repair though.
