Would this date code translate to November 1962? Maybe an anomaly in the stamping?

Per the 63-64 manual, the expected date code format is YYM.

Also as I recall, early 63 cars did not have the ink stamp. I'm not sure where this radiator came from?

I'm told by the previous owner that the radiator was new in 1985 and installed in the car when the car was restored. He has no record of where he bought it. The VIN is 9048 and does have some "early" features on it. I don't have a judging guide so I don't know if it says anything about early 1963 radiators having a different date format such as YM. NCRS Pocket Guide says Later 1963 - 1967 radiators use the YYM format. Nothing about Early 1963's. Says nothing regarding the ink stamp.
