Knob and Spacer on 65 radio

Hello,

Looking for the order of installation of the knob, spacer and 'spring' washer on a 65 factory radio. Presumably the spring washer is used to keep both the knob and spacer from rotating together.

From the dash outwards: dash indicator, nut, spacer, washer, knob.
