Has anyone had a fan clutch rebuilt that leaked out ifnthe front? I gave up on getting my fan clutch leak fixed after sending it in twice at my own expense. Rhe rebuilder did not have an answer for why it could not be fixed after two attempts.

Re: 1960 Fan Clutch Leaking
I sent a used "correct" fan to Kirk Connell for a rebuild - came back looking like new with correct ink date stamp. Excellent quality of work - call them - they will talk to you. Reasonably fast turn around too. http://www.kirkconnellcorvettes.com/Ed- Top

Joe, same with me. Still loose and speckles oil on hood, have an Eaton service replacement, runs perfect.

Same here too. Sent back two times for oil leaks. The first rebuild it would not cool the engine. Sent it back to put thicker oil in it. Then it threw oil all over the place. Now it's throwing oil on just one blade of the fan. Yesterday, I got a call from Dan telling me it does not leak, and he doesn't ever want to hear from me again, cussing and yelling.- Top
