67 l36 - no blower heater motor, no wipers, no signals -

Help please. 1967, L36 Coupe no radio car. Everything operated properly prior to my rebuild of headlight motors and headlight bucket pivot parts and rebuild window regulators. Just purchased in May and immediately removed Viper alarm system wired to ignition and harness. Since then No wipers No blower motor, No signals, flasher is good but no left or rt. signals. Hazard flashers work. Fuses checked. Fuse box had light rust. Cleaned all contacts with Dremel and installed all new fuses. Same three (3) issues. I do have a faulty headlamp dimmer low/high beam switch and have a new one on order.

Headlights and lamps work, dash and courtesy lights works, clock works, hazard flasher works, parking , tail and brake lights work.

What am I missing guys ? Any other ideas.........I have colored wiring diagrams. All org factory harness 70k miles car. Much appreciated. Keith BC CHapter NCRS. # 47685

The wiper motor and fan both share a common ground; the fuses may require key-on to be hot. With key-on do you have voltage at the block and the components? Everything snug at the horn relay?

Maybe connect an independent 12v to both the wiper and fan to see if they will work. If not, it's got to be a ground issue.

One of the most common problems is the wiper motor and fan motor not working. All because the ground at the starter motor is not connected to a mounting bolt but connected to the starter solenoid instead. Happens all the time.
