1966 427 Battery Tray Mounting Bolts

AIM shows captured washer bolt along with another flat washer. O have the bolts but not the second washer. Any clues as to the dimensions of said washer. Vendors sell them but I hate paying $12 to ship $3 worth of parts........

427/390 no AC. Battery mounted on right side of frame.
