Options for a set of deluxe wheel covers P02

    Guys,

I'm interested in getting a set of deluxe wheel covers for my 69, the P02 style, strictly for the purposes of judging. I've been looking online and I see some on ebay for reasonable prices. My question is, is there someone who can be recommended to take out dings and curb rash from these covers? I think I can re-do the paint and replace the center emblems so I just need to have someone restore the rest of the rims. Alternatively, is there someone who sells them fully restored or can do the total restoration for me if I provide the covers at a reasonable price? thanks for any guidance/advice you can give.

    Mike

Bob what type of black did you have him spray them with? Gloss, semi, flat?

Yes, Tim you did. I bought a set at Carlisle last year decent driver condition but they have dings and dents. I think I paid about $600.

SEMS Hot Rod Black was used, the manufacturer states the paint is a matte finish.

Wow. They look great. I have some of that Hot Rod Black I've sprayed it it is matte. Were they just polished or are they chromed?

I have had many NOS PO1s and PO2s. Never saw flat or semi-gloss on them.
