Engine Oil Cooler-Z51 Package

I am posting this for a long time NCRS Member who is not on this Technical Discussion Board.
Was the Engine Oil Cooler option part of the 1984 Z51 Performance Package or did it have to be ordered separately?
Member states that he has a 1986 and the Engine Oil Cooler was part of the Z51 Performance Package.
Corvette Black Book states it was part of the Z51 Performance Package.
This member stated that recent information set out by NCRS stated that the Engine Oil Cooler had to be ordered separately

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

My new 85 with Z51 came with the oil cooler as part of the package, had 4+3 trans.

You should download the applicable vehicle information packages from www.gmheritage.com The specification documents were corrected/updated during the model year and are likely the source for the various commercial publications like The Corvette Blackbook.

Everyone should have these packages for the model years of interest.
