1965/1966 Power Antenna Support & Nut Plate...Installed Before Under Coating?

I need information from someone with an original/unrestored 1965 or 1966 Corvette to tell me whether the power antenna support bracket and nut plate were installed before or after the under coating process. My late production '65 coupe had an aftermarket power antenna installed in it and the bracket and nut plate were missing. I am restoring it back to original and want to put back the way it should be.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, the support bracket is on the back side of the splash panel. I'm just trying to determine if the nut plate should have undercoating over the top of it. I had to do some repairs to the splash panel and since the original power antenna had been replaced with an aftermarket power antenna before I purchased the car. I'm in the process of putting an original power back in the car. with a repro support bracket and nut plate since they were removed when the prior owner installed the aftermarket power antenna. I'm just need to verify if the power antenna bracket and nut plate were in place prior to undercoating.
