65 headlight issues

Installed a new aftermarket light switch (on/off), new dimmer switch, cleaned the radiator support sheet metal and added a star washer at the ground connection under the horn relay. However, light switch full out in dimmer low position, left side inner and outer headlights on bright. Dimmer in high position, all four headlights on but inner lights are dim.

Take a good look at the harness connection where the main headlight harness plugs into the headlight bucket extensions.
