66 L79 intake manifold end seals paint on them

Pre planning when i have my intake restored to the proper finish what color paint would be on the end rails seals /tab, would it be dull alum or would it have orange or some of both . There are pictures online of a 300hp with a cast iron intake manifold and the tab has orange paint on it but couldn't find any pictures of an L79

On the engine when assembled. What ever color the engine is the seals were that color Paint did not stick well to the seals however. In the case of a 66 300 Chevy Engine Orange
