I am slowly piecing together my 1966 after a Body off restoration. The emergency brake spring that attaches to the center rear frame on one end....I cannot figure out what the other end attaches to. Was there at one time a hole in the end of the J bolt for it? Assembly manual has a terrible pic. Perhaps someone could post some closeup/clear pics of their spring attachment on their 1966 underneath? Thanks

Here's a pic of the spring attachment on our '65. There's a hole in the cross member and a hole through the end of the "bolt".
