1966 heat defroster cable

Hello all. In the process of revitalizing the interior of my 1966 L72 roadster. Just installed my dash but broke my heater defroster cable casing trying to route in IAW the assembly manual as UPC 1 E5 shows the cable turning upward what I thought was over the z bar and around the heater box. Now can't seem to find a 1966 no AC car heater defroster cable. Is an AC car the same cable? Also, I think it goes under the Z bar and snakes by the speaker around the heater box and to the terminal, can someone confirm this? Thanks all. Mark

Thanks Peter. I saw that on the Corvette Central website and when you click on the item it says "temporarily discontinued". Seems like all the corvette places are the same. I will have my local corvette parts shop call them and see when they will be available. Thanks. Mark
