    1961 Fuel Injection Air Intake Hose J-shapped Metal Strap - bolt marking

    6th Edition JMJG page 134 - re Inverted J metal strap - states installed "using one cadmium plated hex head bolt" - I can not find an indication of what if any head marking would be correct? Can you shed some light on this bolt as original from the factory? Noland Adams book indicates GM part # 120834 but I find no detail regarding any head markings.

      GM 120834 is a 5/16-18 x 1/2 zinc hex head GM 260-M grade 2 bolt. Per GM spec, top of head should be flat and chamfered.
