Hi, I'm considering the purchase of a 60 Corvette in CT for 80 Grand. Would like to hire someone to do an inspection before I lay out that kind of money. Thank you and all suggestions and comments welcomed.

there is a member from CT that advertises in The Driveline for the service. I believe it's in the Services & Miscellaneous ads section. You can access it online if you haven't received a copy yet.

Thank you. I tried but didn't come up with anyone who does that. Perhaps this organization doesn't do Corvette pre-purchase inspections.

this organization doesn't do PPIs, but many members do them. It helps if you say where in CT the car is located, and also do as Harry suggested and drop email or calls to the chairman and judging chair of the local chapter, ie. Northeast and New England for CT. People will speak up here or else contact you by PM or email.

the link worked for me,
It opened up page 74 of the new Driveline magazine. The 2nd from bottom ad is for Mike Lombardi of CT. He does PPIs in his area.

Thank you all. I hired that former NCRS judge who advertises here and he will do the inspection. I feel better having an expert advise whether I'm spending 80 grand wisely.
