Crayon marks behind pass seat

I removed the seats and trunk divider board from my 61 (mid Nov. 60 build) and scraped the paint with a quarter and found that the trunk says maroon as xpected. The bulkhead behind the pass seat has two green lines and that is it. (See attached photo)I have searched the board to try and determine the meaning of these lines to no avail. ( I believe I did a thorough search) Does anyone have any insight as to the significance of the two lines? Sorry it transferred sideways

The car when I took over came with just a hardtop but all the brackets and the rear bow hold downs were installed.

My 69 coupe had 3 white colored hash marks (on the seat support / angled panel behind seats) behind pass seat but a little more towards the driver. I know I should have taken a pic before lizard skinning it.
