I have 15-year-old R59 restoration battery that won't take a charge anymore. I recall an article about how to adapt a smaller AMG type battery in its case. does anyone know what issue it was in or a write up on how to do it?

Re: taking apart a restoration battery
Search for the DC12 article, your 67 will be the similar. I know it was mentioned, I asked, and have it on my to do list.
The issue I saw is that the cold crank amps of what was proposed were significantly lower than what the cca was for a dc12,
So since I don't need to have a car judged...the project waits.- Top
