Tom , yes it has the number for a 63 - 66 cable. It's a Service Replacement but should function fine for those years. The 63 had a serrated nut instead of a hex nut to attach to the antenna, Possibly 64 and 65 had the serrated nut also, just can't recall.

My '67 AIM UPC 69 Sheet A1 Item 3 lists the cable assembly as part # 3903409

I recently replaced the cable in my '65 coupe which calls for the serrated nut at the antenna end. I bought a repro from CC and it works great.
