I just looked at his website. It is pretty entertaining . I don"t know about ordering parts from him . But if you look at his website i think you can form your own opinion .

I agree with Brian. Where lies the value in bashing. Take the higher road and let the members make up their own mind. Dr Rebuild has some high quality repos that cannot be found elsewhere. I got cross wise with some dip sticks that were in my inventory for too long and were too big to fit in the tube. I returned the money to my clients and was disappointed with the good doctors attitude but can see his side also. Paul

This information needs to be expanded upon and corroborated,....never had a problem with him in the past.
I admit that I have not ordered from him recently. In the meantime, "I'll make my own decisions, thank you."

The members have had their minds made up for them by the vendor. He's canceling their orders. I see value in warning them to avoid ordering so as to avoid lost time, and the aggravation that comes with it. I don't see anything in the Stickie post that amounts to bashing.

Ive ordered from him about 3 months ago with no problems and in past years. He has some good soft parts, rebuild kits etc. that I haven't found other places. I hope things get straightened out.

I've ordered parts from Geoff over the years simply because he has some of the best reproduction parts out there. I've, also, heard all the negative comments about him over the years. I, personally, have never had any issues with Geoff. I've exchanged many emails with him to discuss things and I, for one, appreciate his unique personality and perspective on things. I may not always agree but I respect his right to say whatever he feels like, whenever he feels like. Any veteran will tell you the reason we served was to protect our freedoms...and, one of the most important is freedom of speech. Again, while I may not always agree with Geoff (or anyone else for that matter), I will fight to the death his right (and yours) to say whatever you damn well please.

There's a reason he was kicked off of this forum. You can continue to make excuses for the way he lashes out at people for mere perceived injustices if you think you need his parts that badly (YOU DONT), OR you can choose to stand up for what is right and don't deal with him for the way he treats people and support the rest of us . Plenty of other good supporting vendors.

First, what happened to Allen Nichols thread on this topic? It contained members' input about Dr Rebuild that should remain available.

Second, I feel it's entirely appropriate for NCRS to announce in a thread that a supplier has stopped accepting orders from its members.

Third, I learned long ago not to do business with individuals or companies with a toxic culture... no matter the perceived value of their product or service. It's shameful how Doc Rebuild disparages the character of individuals on its website. This includes three members who I know and respect as high integrity individuals.

I stopped doing business with Doc Rebuild one day years ago when I called and had the unpleasant and rude experience of talking with the owner. Luckily he hasn't slandered me on his website like he has others. I'm surprised he hasn't been sued about this yet (maybe he has...).

It is good to know that he has been banned from lurking on this forum. The one time I tried to order from him I got two 8 1/2 x 11 pages of hand written verbal abuse instead of my order. It was creepy knowing he had my address and credit card info.
