STD.

It does just have a black vinyl interior with no options except the air cond

Noland Adams Vol 1; page 405 lists:
C60 (Air Conditioning)
Convertible w/ L68 (400 HP)
and Manual transmission (M20 vs M21 is not split out) as

199 units.

I think "rare" by NCRS judging guidelines (at least for '67s) is considered to be 20 units or less...

Anyhow, those are the numbers I see...
