    1964 coupe options question

Attached is the Sales Order for a 1964 corvette coupe. Does anyone know what the 2 red circled options translate to?

Just guessing, but the "el" with "wind" below it could mean electric (aka power) windows. The "pol" (or is it "po1"?) I have no idea.

Mark, that makes sense, thanks. Let's see if anyone knows what the poi or po1 or poL is??

Could it be for "Premium Optional Leather" ?

It's grouped there with other Interior options?
        dunno - just a guess
        thx,

So the car does have Soft Ray glass and power brakes. I assume the power brakes is included in the J65 sintered metallic brake option. Do either of these 2 unknown options circled in red denote tinted glass or power brake?

J-65 did not include a vacuum booster, but you could order J-65 and J-50 to have power metallic brakes.

Duke, in 64 they were offered together under J65 option, 63 they were separate.

A few dayz ago, I tried to contact you privately. Do you possibly have any PRICES (individual or overall)... where we might be able to backtrack the numbers to options?

Looking at the 1964 Corvette Dealer Order Form, Power Windows were also called 'Electrical Control'... one possible solution for 'El Wind' (as previously mentioned). Do you have power windows?

Soft Ray ALL windows was option A01... Soft Ray windshield only is option A02.

For 1964, J65 did include Power Brakes (also noted previously).

What is below w/s/w (which I assume means white side wall) – looks like MetBrok?

                          David,
The PO1 wheel cover code did not exist before 1968 - but I certainly agree that's what the handwriting looks like.

PO1 code started in 1963. Option code used for other Chevy series but not for Corvette in 1964.

Early on, I had considered the possibility of P01 as a hubcap option... but it made little sense, since the 64 Corvette already had FREE hubcaps from the factory (and the paperwork gives us the impression these are paid options/accessories).

I also considered the P01 as a mistake for the optional P48 Knock-Off wheels. Does this 64 Corvette have KO wheels... or if currently missing, perhaps the Knock-Off jacking instructions label?

Looking at the 1964 Passenger Car AIM, there is a reference to P01... not sure if this is a possibility:
