C1 54 Corvette - Timing Advance
Hi - Just joined NCRS and looking to get some insight as follows: I have "54 and advanced the timing a bit and got it running better but I feel it could use a little more timing advance however I'm not able to rotate the distributor any further to the left because the tachometer cable hits the vacuum advance preventing any further rotation left. Is this how it's designed and that I've maxed out on how much I can physically rotate the distributor?
