I have the NCRS May 2021 COVID Rules and Regulations posted on the chapter website.

Is there a more current COVID Rules and Regulations replacing the May 2021 Rules and Regulations.

I'd like to get this updates quickly as we have tech. sessions and judging meets coming up.

Check with your Chapter Judging Chairman for the Hold Harmless text.

I have enclosed the current policy to answer your question. As noted, this is in the current NCRS Hold Harmless Agreement.

NCRS Rules & Regulations for Events in the COVID-19 Era:
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY (June 6, 2021): The National Corvette Restorers Society, Inc. (NCRS) will follow the mandates that are currently in place on that given day and at that given event location for all NCRS events as set forth by the United State Centers for Disease Control (CDC) or another branch of the US federal government, Public Health Agency of Canada, European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, any host state and/or local government, and/or a private host facility. The above-mentioned rules will be followed at all NCRS events until such time that it is determined that they are no longer needed.

This is what was sent to the Chapter Judging Chairman in December to make sure that Chapter Events were all up to date with correct Hold Harmless information.

Attention Chapter Judging Chairman,


The NCRS IT Team has implemented an easier way of keeping your events Hold Harmless Agreement current and up to date.

The IT Team has established the following webpage https://www.ncrs.org/home/hold-harmless.php Which will contain the latest approved Hold Harmless Agreement.

All of the current production events have been updated with the June 6, 2021 NCRS Board approved Hold Harmless Agreement changes.

During the production events Hold Harmless Agreement, a spot check found the following:

• 1 Regional did not have any text for Hold Harmless Agreement
• Several Chapters had the pre 2020 (original) Hold Harmless Agreement
• A few Chapters had the 2020 Hold Harmless Agreement that was printed in the Driveline
• No Chapter had the June 6, 2021 Hold Harmless Agreement

Test Events Hold Harmless Agreements back to January 2021, were also updated. Please check to verify when an Event is Cloned to ensure it has the Hold Harmless Agreement text below.
