The dealer code database may have some info, but it may or may not be accurate.

The Dealer Database lists Dave McIntire Chevrolet, Inc. with those numbers (Indianapolis , Indiana).

The Order Copy and a broadcast sheet (some might call that a build sheet) are not the same thing.

What is the number in the upper right where it says "Copy" and then a number?
Better yet, can you post an image of the sheet...

Mark, thanks for your response. I'm not finding a number on the sheet where you describe and the printing is too faint to post an image. I remember the Dave McIntire Chevrolet dealership.
