Almost 48 hours ago I reported that multiple sources indicated the young lady's hidden agenda was to fire David Brigham and to replace him with Chuck Berge. For reference, see:

It is significant to realize that, although she has had plenty of time to do so, the young lady has not denied this at all.

Her silence is deafening.

I have no knowledge of what is going on here, other than what I've read. Maybe Shannon, and others, do have an agenda. Maybe the agenda is the betterment of the organization. Again, IDKS but, maybe that could be their agenda.
Dave Brigham is a great guy but, does she have the right to chose who she feels is best suited? No emotional responses, please...does she have that right, as president?
Roy has every right to voice his concern(s), just like any member in good standing. Is it possible Roy, and others, have an agenda? Is it their agenda to stand up for those they feel should be in any given position? IMO, he has that right.
I get that this started as a question of integrity. Now, it seems no matter what Shannon does, it won't be enough.
I've had enough of this and will support her going forward. I also respect others that may have a differing view.

I have bit my tongue and kept silent while watching this all play out but I must speak now.

Jim Lockwood your misogynistic term of "young lady" is not only insulting to Shannon but to every female that is reading and will read this forum in the future. Your insulting words and tone are no less demeaning than any other derogatory term that we no longer use in modern society.

The stereotype of NCRS as grumpy old white men is alive and well in this thread, and yet we wonder why membership is declining.

I ask the moderators of this forum to please delete the derogatory term as well as ban the people posting sexist language from this board.
