I have been buying parts from ZIP and some parts received are the LIC with their labels. If that helps ?

Yes, I just received a washer bag that was part of LIC's stock from Zip, but I don't use a catalog, I do it all online.

I already am - I placed a large order and several of the parts bags had the Zip sticker over the top

I agree. Fortunately, you can still access their catalog on their old webpage...for how long, I don't know. I have several copies of their last catalog that I will hold onto. Great reference pictures, for sure.

I got blasted by that guy while trying to return a 67 parking brake handle that looked like a black banana 25 years ago. i never went back

Ray, I have deleted my thoughts twice here. Now for a short sentence. I would not buy a potential real '57 fuel car unless I had a bus load of master judges and couple of appraisers. Really.
