We recently sent postcards to several hundred members who's email addresses were bouncing back as undeliverable. Many were old email addresses that were no longer used. Many others were rejected by the email providers for one reason or another. With a little bit of testing we found that putting *@ncrs.org in the email contact list allowed email from NCRS to be delivered. Asterisk * is a wildcard that should allow any email from NCRS regardless of the beginning part of the address.
I would like to recommend that everyone do that even if you have no problem at this time. Email providers are always tweaking there systems to block spam and the problem may come up without you realizing it.
