    vacuum relay dating

I am working on a 25k-mile 71. When dealing with the headlight door vacuum relay, I ran across this. The car is a March 22 build.
Maybe others of you have seen this before, but I had not. I would perceive that to be a February 20, 71 ink stamping.

The Chevrolet production ID manual shows you are correct. 51st day etc.
