Mike, does the kit show pictures/examples? I'd call/ask Quanta this question but they're closed. I'll call them in the morning. Thanks.

Yes, it comes with a diagram of all the chassis parts that get marks, and where they go and what colors they are. They need your VIN so they can get the right ones for you, as things changed during the MY. If you need the frame stencil, they need your options, and be aware that the frame stencils were rolled on with white paint, not sprayed.Big Tanks In the High Mountains of New Mexico- Top

Re: Suspension parts with unique paint markings - Help
Brian, when you reassemble everything make sure you replace the half shafts just as you took them off. Don't switch sides as this can change the alignment. The green mark on the half shaft indicates big block use. Does your car have F41? My understanding is orange indicates heavy duty components. Other marks indicate that bolts were torqued properly from the factory. It appears your car may have been restored by the look of cast blast on components. I hope others will chime in as that's the best I can do.- Top

Half shafts are shot beaded has a dull finished with Green marking, Quanta kits has the proper colours and location for markings, if judging no grease fitting on the ujoints.- Top

Thanks Tim for the tip on not switching sides - can change the alignment. My car has standard (not F41) suspension. The orange that you may see in the pictures above is either rusty bolts (haha) or the tape that I applied to the part(s) to keep them identified and separated. And yes, my car was restored back in 2008 (under a different owner) and they used cast blast on a lot of the suspension/driveline parts.- Top
