    Is there anyone out there that is restoring original Caps?

      Harry, I think Tim Bartsch (Gen2 Restorations) does them, he advertises in the Driveline (formerly Joe Perri). Don H.

              Tim restored mine just a few months and it looks great. Kept in it survivor status. The only thing that looks restored from the top is the gold colored “pin” and Tim said to put vinegar on it and that will dull it down. Turned it around in a week. Highly recommend!

                  Harry, I had Tim restore my original 15 RC26 and he did a beautiful job. You have the option of leaving the original finish or have him replace it for an additional $25. My cap had a spot of rust on it so I opted for the full meal deal. Very please.
