    PVC-to-carb rubber hose; '66 327/300 base eng.

    What is the correct developed length of the black, thick-walled hose from PCV to carb base plate fitting? I've seen 17" on occasion, but that long would seem to make an ungainly large arc & thus stick out well beyond the air cleaner cover, et al. Thanks in advance.

      DR REBUILD shows 17 inches for this engine. But his hose also has the formed 90 degree end......along with correct ribs. I bought and installed this hose on my own car a few years back, and it fit perfectly without alteration (as I best recall).
