The 991 pulley is different from the pulley on a 245 HP. The bolt/rivet circle is 3.375 vs 2.875 and the inner dim is 1.185 vs. 1.75. The outside dim and belt circle look to be the same.
There are balancer rebuilders that say they can rebuild my pulley/balancer assembly but no one has come thur. I have an order in with Chicago Corvette since early Oct. they used to say in two weeks, now they would not even give a date.
I have heard from other sources that a pulley/balancer from regular 57 Chevy will work. Does anyone recommend a supplier and part number?

Thanks for posting the photos. The pulley on your balancer assembly is exactly the one I would expect for your application. As I stated earlier, this pulley was never available as a separate part from GM. It was supplied only as part of the balancer assembly.

Mike- The "V" in the pulley is .70 wide on top and .80 deep. The V belt is .38 on the top and .35 deep. Robert
