Perica, welcome to NCRS and the discussion board. For 1962 there was not a protect o pate just vin tag on steering column and vin stamp in pass side of frame by door. That engine pad is almost perfect except the E. To bad F.I. was changed. Hopefully Mike Ernst will chime in on this.

Welcome to Tech Board.
Attached photo of C1 frame V.I.N. stamp location (1957 in this case). Body-on, makes V.I.N. stamp difficult to find/see.
