Unfortunately, I am in need of an ECM for a 2007, LS2. Any suggestions of a good source? Just as importantly, who stay away from.

You can get one from GM or ACDelco. GM #19210738. About $380 GM list with a $35 core charge.

All GM ECM's are sold as "refurbished" and require a core charge. However, in my experience the part received is usually a new unit.

FWIW That part number is available- there are 7 pieces currently in the Philadelphia warehouse.

Mike, I drive an 07 LS2, what does the code say, or is it fried. I have 35K on the car and one problem, a faulty oil pressure unit, cheap but hard to R&R. Love the car. Keep the rubber side down.
