1969 Body Underside Black Fiberglass repair

Can anyone provide guidance on replicating the correct color / finish when making repairs to the black underside glass? I have a few areas that need repair and am trying to match the rest of the underside which is in great shape.

I have researched the archives but haven't really found anything directly dealing with the 69 black glass.

Has anyone worked with the spray gel coat from Ecklers or others or used a tint?

I repaired my 69 spare tire tub and when i was done i sprayed it with zinc phosphate from Eastwood and i thought it turned out really nice. But i am a novice at this so take my suggestion very lightly.

I have mixed a little carbon black into the resin in the past.
