1960 or 1961 bumpers

Is the difference between 1960 and 1961 front bumpers at the grill. On 1960 bumper, were the grill bar meets the bumper, the bumper is open. On the 1961 were the grill bar meets the bumper is closed shut. Thank You

I can tell you for certain this is a 61 set of bumpers. The one in your bottom picture looks iike the opening has been ground wider or some other Bubba modificatiom.
