2 1/2 exhaust

I have a 66 convertible with factory air. It is a small block with 2" side pipes. I want to put on 2 1/2" side pipes which is easy to do. The question is what stock exhaust manifolds can I use that will allow the alternator on the drives side and compressor on the passenger side.

I usually don't get involved in any side pipe questions. However, I will say I think you are completely wasting your money to convert 2" side pipes to 2-1/2" side pipes.

I think also would be a waste of time and money and you may lose some bottom end torque. To each his own.
