I thought the newer set of LL T3 has the DOT logo on the back.

I miss spoke earlier when I said I had purchased my T3 bulbs from Long Island Corvette. I went out and checked the box they were shipped in (storing some T3 for C3 in the boxes) and the shipping label was from Zip. Again, eight years ago, but the pictures below are of the headlamps I bought at that time...no DOT on the front of the glass. Passed regional judging in 2016 & 2017. Chart from Joe Tripoli.





These were the T3 bulbs that I removed that are correct for a '68 - '71. (Bottom photo)

Maybe - but plenty of small time distributors of aftermarket LED bulbs put "For Off Road Use Only" and sell a boatload on Amazon and elsewhere so they seem to have dealt with the legal issues.

I received a set from Zip last Tuesday. The DOT marking is subtle but it is there.
