    1963 Seat Burlap for Judging

The upholsterer that I used to rebuild my seats left out the pads and wired burlap (assembly manual refers to it as jute) during the assembly. The seat kit was purchased from Al Knoch but had to purchase the replacement burlap at a fabric store. I could not find where the presence of the burlap/jute was judged in the latest judging manual and not sure I want to risk damage to the vinyl removing and re-installing the hog clips. The upholsterer said they had great difficulty in getting the foam to fit correctly (too thick) so I don't want to risk creating more problems than it's worth. Thanks in advance for the help.

Maybe best to leave things be and take a slight points hit if the seats are correct looking otherwise.
I see too many 63 seats "over stuffed" and squared off at the top when they should come to a sloping peak.
A dead giveaway of an amateur upholstrey job.
