1967 steering column dash escutcheon assembly

I just had my cluster restored and I'm putting the upper column back together. I just noticed that the dash escutcheon is missing the spring retainer (I think that is what it is called). The first picture attached is of the insulator and retainer that I ordered.

The second picture from the AIM (UPC 9 sheet A5) appears to show the plastic insulator (Item 11) between the column and the bottom of the dash but the note states that the 'Insulator to rest in notch in escutcheon'.

Mine is missing the spring and the plastic insulator was actually inside the escutcheon.

Does anyone have a picture or can describe how these parts should go together?

    Thanks,
    Don

Never mind! I should have done a search first. I found multiple threads.
