3731548 block date casting

I have been doing some research on the the 3731548 block and came across a Flint assembled block, but it looks like one of the casting characters after the D and before the 0 is illegible. How would you judge this casting date?

Thanks Mike, I new it had to be a I, 2 or 3. Just wondering if the quality of the casting date would affect the judging.
