Anyone know what these other sets of holes are for?

See pic. I know for sure one set is for the toe board splash guard bracket, but what is the other for? I dont see an imprint or anything on the glass surface. 69 car.

There are small, plastic rivet tips seen on mine. However, I do not choose to pull up my carpet to see what they might attach and I do not recall what they were when I replaced my carpet many years ago. Whatever it is, it must be very small and "light duty".

I had same and on top side they are an aluminum rivet head. perhaps these holes were not utilized or drilled improperly when he bodies were made and they just filled them in.
Yet another corvette mystery to solve.
