Paint colors/ types for Saddle tan for 63/64

I am in the middle of a restoration of my '63 coupe that has been in the family since 1979. My brother bought this car in Bloomington when he was 17, passed away 35 years ago at 24 years old, and I am now restoring the car. It was originally a 340HP 4Spd, 3:70 Posi car, no other options.

I reached out on the corvette forum asking if anyone can tell me what colors and finishes are used on the saddle interiors and had little luck. looks like there were two Ditzler colors for various parts, but I cant find any cross from those to a modern pant color code / blend. . Post was this one Paint code for Sadel tan for 63/64
Yes, I know I misspelled Saddle, but could not go back and edit.

Is there someone in this group that can tell me what colors and finishes are used throughout the interior of a saddle 63 coupe?

    moldings around windshield
    moldings around back windows
    moldings around doors
fiberglass "Halo" that courtesy light goes into
interior metal part (upper) of doors - the break in color between body and interior is in the right angle bend where the weatherstrip goes - correct ?
border metal trim on kick panels
    speaker grille
steering column - does this color extend the entire length of the column ?
    steering column turn signal housing
    steering wheel hub
center section side panels that conceal radio,
    seat wells
    jack wells,
    headliner
"ears" of fiberglass dash that rivet into the door jambs - these should be body color - correct ?

    other ?

my trim is very old and not in a good condition to get a color match from. I think a previous owner shot the interior trim around the windshield with exterior paint. Also are these finishes metallic or not?

Is there a suggested source for vinyl dye / trim paint for door panels / carpet on door panels? I have original door panels in good condition that could probably be OK with just a shot of vinyl trim paint.

I'm in the North Richland Hills TX area - have reached out to one person I know that has a Saddle / Saddle coupe, but have not heard back from him, so trying this group.

    Thanks in advance,

lf you want correct colors you will have to go to a paint store and have them mix up matching paint. Original paint was lacquer.

I am in the middle of doing a dark blue interior on my second Daytona 63 coupe. mostly everything is original on the interior as was the interior on my other same color codes 63 coupe. I found that the paint match from LIC paint or Dye was almost spot on, gotta keep in mind the color does seem to fade during the 58 years of age. On this car I only had enough left over paint in the LIC can to do all of the interior less the halo. Hard to believe but I went to my local HD with the some of the trim and they matched it ! I put it on the halo with a foam roller and then sprayed some clear on it and looks great.( Not gonna judge this car.) Just a driver . I found that the lower windshield trim and the speaker grill was a flat blue, everything else had sheen to it.
So if you need to get some matching spray some automotive paint suppliers will match things up for you.
If you get a 63-4 NCRS judging manual it has a lot of the info that you will need. Good luck

Russ - I know that the original was lacquer paint.

The question is the glosses of the colors and different parts and if in all of the trim I called out is there more than one color? from the corvette forum post I listed above, it looks like there are two different colors called out, medium saddle Ditzler 22298 for windshield, inside trim panel ( I assume that to be the two on either side of the radio) steering wheel jacket and hub, and radio speaker , with light saddle (Ditzler 22299) used on halo, rear window mouldings,

on the same thread in the CF, SWCDuke posted (based on a red interior)
High gloss: upper and side interior windshield moldings.
Semi-gloss: Halo panel and rear window interior trim moldings
Flat: steering column and steering wheel hub, bottom windshield molding, speaker grille, center section side panels that conceal radio, seat and jack wells, headliner

So - what I have as shown in the picture posted are my original parts , very faded, so not sure what the true colors and glosses are - that is what I am looking for on the Saddle interior. If anyone has recently gone thru this on a 63 or 64 - what was the paint mix used for each ? And are these metallic paints or not ?

I've ordered the judging manual but painter wants to get paint ordered as paint is in short supply and not sure how long it will take the manual to get here and if it will have all of the info I am looking for .

In regards to Robert's post - were all of LIC materials moved to Zip ?? I have not checked yet,.

        thanks

On my 63 black/saddle convertible restoration I used lacquer on the metal pieces and dye on everything else. The color shades were different but that is the way it is suppose to be. Zero deduction on interior color at a Regional. 98% car.

Here are pictures of what I used. I just can't recall where I got the white can??? My bad.
