Like Mark said, PPG discontinued it a few years ago,I called a lot of PPG jobbers to see if they had enough toners left to mix some Rally Red but none did. I did a spray out of a small amount I had and sent it to TCI global in San Diego and they custom matched it perfectly with their lacquer.

Seen a couple of C1s recently painted with TCP Acrylic Lacquer. Layed our nicely - quite smooth. One was buffed and one left "matt" at owner's request. In both instances color was just ordered, not requested to be matched. However, both colors seemed spot on to what was ordered (Venetian Red & Panama Yellow). Paint used was their "Restoration Shop" product.
